Council Member Perry Bynum is the Emergency Management Coordinator and Emergency Medical Services Coordinator in Haltom City. He previously served on the Euless Planning and Zoning Commission, the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Citizens Corps Council. He is currently a member of the Euless Crime Control and Prevention District Board. Bynum has served as the Euless Athletic Association Commissioner as well as President for the Trinity High School Baseball Booster Club. Bynum and his wife Lisa have two children, Josh and Lacey. He enjoys baseball, golf and spending time with his family.
