Crime Free Multi-Housing Program
Keep Illegal Activity off Rental Property

The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is a, state-of-the-art, crime prevention program designed to reduce crime, drugs, and gangs on apartment properties. This program was successfully developed at the Mesa Arizona Police Department in 1992. The City of Euless recently adopted this program on a voluntary basis for Euless multi-family housing managers.
The program consists of three phases that must be completed under the supervision of the local police department. Property managers can become individually certified after completing training in each phase and the property becomes certified upon successful completion of all three phases.
The anticipated benefits are reduced police calls for service, a more stable resident base, and reduced exposure to civil liability. Fully certified properties have reported reductions in police calls for service up to 70% over previous years.
Training will be offered on the following dates for multi-family housing personnel:
- October 14
- October 16
- October 18
- October 20
- October 22
- October 25
- November 6
- November 7
- November 8
Time slots are 8 a.m. - noon and 1 - 5 p.m. These time slots and dates may be substituted to work with your schedule.
